Kvass wort concentrate

A product received by boiling and thermal processing of kvass wort made of malt-free material, rye malt and brewing barley malt.

It is used in bread baking industry for making malt bread varieties, and in beer and soft drinks industry for making bread kvass.

Fermented kvass concentrate

A product received from the kvass wort concentrate, fermented by yeast, sugar and lactic acid.

It is used for making traditional bread kvass.

Rye malt extract

A product produced from the fermented rye malt and brewers' barley malt.

It is applied in the confectionery and bread baking industry, used as raw material for producing drinks in the manufacturing plants.

Malt syrup

A product which is received when the starch from corn flour and malt is converted to sugar with the help of malt ferments, then the syrup is separated from suspended substances, malt syrup is cleaned and thickened to the consistency of molasses.

It is used in the confectionery and bread baking.

Rye malt syrup

A product produced from the corn flour, barley malt and fermented rye malt.

It is used in bread baking to produce malt bread varieties.

Roasted barley malt concentrate

A product manufactured from the roasted barley malt by mashing it with water at certain temperatures, followed by mash clarification, wort concentration and subsequent thermal processing.

It is used as coloring component in brewing and soft drinks industry, for tea, bakery products, alcohol drinks and pharmaceutical products.

Barley malt concentrate (extract)

The product is manufactured by extraction of barley malt and barley with water, which are converted to the wort that is clarified and then concentrated in the vacuum-evaporator installations.

It is used in the brewing, confectionery and bread baking industry, as well as for improving quality of yogurts, condensed milk, pharmaceuticals and yeasts.

Light barley malt extract

Used in brewing as raw material in shortened production cycle and also as additive to finished wart, in the production of barley malt whisky with shortened production cycle, bakery products, flour confectionery goods, cereal breakfast and cereal flakes, in diabetic nutrition as the source of precious nutrients, of malt sugar and of saccharolytic enzymes, in pharmacology and yeast manufacture, for cultivation of pure culture yeast and of other microorganisms, for flavouring and coloring in soft and alcoholic drinks, in food products for infants.

Dark barley malt extract

Used in brewing as raw material in shortened production cycle and also as additive to finished wart, in the production of barley malt whisky with shortened production cycle, bakery products, flour confectionery goods, cereal breakfast and cereal flakes, in diabetic nutrition as the source of precious nutrients, of malt sugar and of saccharolytic enzymes, in pharmacology and yeast manufacture, for cultivation of pure culture yeast and of other microorganisms, for flavouring and coloring in soft and alcoholic drinks, in food products for infants.
